REPL Capture/Apply: Memory

Does anybody know what this wait event is all about: "REPL Capture/Apply: memory"

My replicats are going so slow and this wait even is the only thing showing . 98% queuing.. there are 2 PDBs and 3 replicats.

SGA is 40G

stream_pool_size 6G
