Repeat function

Hi:
I would like to use the Repeat function in a created field, just like using RPT in Excel.

In Excel, the "number" in Rept(text, number) can reference another cell. Can the Repeat function - REPEAT(expr, integer) - reference another field?

Specifically, I want to use it in a table that summarizes "Sales" by "Region". If New York has an aggregated sum (sales) of $100,000 and Phildelphia has sales of $50,000, I would like piping to stretch across the field.
