REP-56092: No class defined for destination type Screen

I'm having trouble running oracle report to the layout. When I click run, to paper layout, the screen comes out blank with no data. The report output is blank. I also get this error message "REP-56092: No class defined for destination type Screen" when I'm running the oracle report to the web layout. Please help!!!
