REP-300: An unhandled internal CA error occurred.

Hi all,

When calling a report through the report url, this error occurs:

REP-300: An unhandled internal CA error occurred.aaaac 44 3113, (null), 0, ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel. google this error but no luck to find a solution. Can someone help please?
