REP-1924: Font file arial.ttf cannot be found

Hi all,

After modification that in Doc ID [ID 965582.1] is suggested, I get another error:
REP-1924: Font file arial.ttf cannot be found
The ttf is in Font-Directory available and I added the font-directory in REPORT_PATH.
Any idea?
On Windows Platform, the In-Process Reports Server Reads Uifont.ali From Incorrect Directory in Version 11g [ID 965582.1]
