Good evening everyone,

Can anyone help me on a problem i have. I am using Reports 6i and i keep getting the REP-1849 error whenever i try to print anything to my Kyocera FS-1116MFP printer.

I have contacted the Kyocera people over here in Greece and they have sent me a Microsoft signed driver for the printer but there hasn't been any improvement. I am using Windows XP Pro SP2 and the Kyocera is installed on a network port.

Needless to say the printer prints from every other program apart from Reports 6i;

I have tried the printer checking utility and it gives me the following in a file name drivertest.out with the following contents:

Cause: Driver failed to set the new available papersize and reset the DC.
