REP-1814: Report cannot be formatted

We are using report 6i on windows XP..When we run one particular report on one windows XP machine with rwrun60 we get error : REP-1814: Report cannot be formatted. Object 'horizontally and vertically' can never fit within
The rwrun60 version details on this machine is

When we run the same report om different windows XP machine with rwrun60 , it runs without any issue..
