rep-1800 Formatter Error

Hi every one,
i am using Oracle Reports 6.0.8.25.0. I have a unicode database UTF8,
I can display reports having any length and height for e.g. 15" X 35".
But when i print the report in PDF i get REP-1800:Formatter Error.

I searched the net and found about uiprint.txt file but i could not fine the uiprint.txt file.
Please i need some help.
