REP-163: Invalid value for keyword DESTYPE

This is driving me nuts:

REP-163: Invalid value for keyword DESTYPE.
Valid options are FILE, PRINTER, MAIL, INTEROFFICE, or CACHE.

My URL is:

http://server:7778/reports/rwservlet?report=report.rdf&userid=un/pw@db&destype=cache&desformat=pdf&myparameter=1234

Even in the Reports Server Queue (showjobs) I can see that Output Type = Cache!

I am using Forms and Reports stand alone server 10g 10.1.2
