REP-1212: Object 'Body' is not fully enclosed by its enclosing object

Hi Friends,

This is my first time to create a report (Developer 10g - Reports Builder)
I am developing it on my windows PC ....but when I compile it...i got error:

"REP-1212: Object 'Body' is not fully enclosed by its enclosing object"

How do I debug this please....
