REP-1212 object 'body' is not fully enclosed by its enclosing object

I just wrote a small query and used the wizard to create a report and when i run the report i get "REP-1212 object 'body' is not fully enclosed by its enclosing object" this error message. In the layout model i do see that the anchoring object has crossed the VERTICAL line. Loks like that is causing the problem. how do i increase the size. Where is the option to do that please help me
I did select as Character mode report.
