REP-1202: ORACLE logon not specified

Hi Gurus !

I have created a Reports Server as a Windows service, unfortunately this didn't create a config file as I expected after reading the related document that said something like "<server>.conf file will be generated for each new server on their startup".

Anyway, my problem is that when I try to create a new rdf Portlet on this Server and at the end of the definition try to run it I get an REP-1202 error. I understand that I get this error as I haven't defined the connection parameters anywhere, is this the correct assumption or is the connect information somewhere in the rdf ?
Where do I define this connect information?
