REP-0501 the specified data base can not be connected

Hi All,

I am trying to connect Oracle database from report builder, the following errors are throwing

REP-0501 the specified data base can not be connected.
ORA-12154 :TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified.

am already set the path TNS_ADMIN in system envinromet variables as shown below.

TNS_ADMIN = D:\Oracle\Middleware\as_1\network\admin
