REP -0157: The value for 'PARAMFORM' must be either YES or NO

When ever I try to open a report by double clicking on to the .rdf file. Its giving me the following error

REP-0157: The value for 'PARAMFORM' must be either YES or NO

Any Idea how to get rid of this problem, I can open the report if I open report builder first then from their I open the .rdf file.
