REP-0118: Unable to create a temporary file.

Hi:

1) One of our users was able to execute Oracle Reports until she had a crash of her PC. After rebooting, when ever she tries to launch a report she gets the following error message:

"REP-0118: Unable to create a temporary file."

We have tried to troubleshoot the source of her problem and have been unsuccesful at it. Does anybody have any idea or seen this problem before.

2) A different user is able to log on to one machine and run reports but when he logs on to a second machine she gets the same error above. ANy ideas here?
