REP-0110: Unable to open file in 6i

I have installed oracle 6i form/report in windows 7 32 bit os

All fmb files , functions, packages, proceedures have been compiled and the forms are working fine.

when i try to run report through forms it gives

REP-110: Unable to open file .

REP-1070: Error while opening or saving a document.

REP-0110: Unable to open file .
