REP-0091 : INVALID VALUE FOR PARAMETER COPIES

Hi I am trying to run a rep file from one machine with Windows 98, and it gives me this message

REP-0091 : INVALID VALUE FOR PARAMETER COPIES

But the same rep file runs fine from other machines. Is there any Idea why sop . Any solutions to this. I checked the .rdf file and the value for COPIES system parameter is 1. The width is 4 and its a NUMBER type. Please help me .
