REP-0065 Virtual memory System error, REP-0020 cannot allocate enough memor

Hello.

I also got this message:
REP-0065 Virtual memory System error.
REP-0020 cannot allocate enough memory.

I've searched for the solution on the forum, but found two exceptive answers...:

1. We ran into the same issue when upgrading to 10gR2. There is a bug with reports server version 10.1.2.0.2. The bug number is 4758204.

2. This is not what you want to hear, but Oracle has decided it isn't a bug

So how is it?
