REP-0065 & REP-0200 Cannot allocate virtual memory eror on Reports 6i

476518Feb 14 2008 — edited Feb 14 2008
Hi. I am getting the following error messages when I run my report:

REP-0065: Virtual system error
REP-0200: Cannot allocate enough memory
cavaa 22

This error only pops up when I use multiples values on a parameter. The values for the parameters are stored as string, comma delimited. Then they are passed to the ref_cursor. When I only assign 1 value, the report runs. The error is only occurring on this one particular parameter. I have a couple more parameters that also allows multiple values and it is not causing any error.

I have read past threads on this but it was on Reports 10g. They said that is was a bug and needs to be patched. Is this also the same case with 6i?I hope not because it is already dessuported. I don't know if patches will still be available in metalink.

I appreciate any help you can provide...Thanks for your time.
