REP-0001: Unable to find the Report Builder message file. Please verify your install

Hi,

We receive this error message when compiling RDF's (under
character mode) using rwcon60 of Reports ver 6.0.8.16.0 on IBM
AIX 4.3.3.

How can this be eliminated??

What environment parameters do we need to check??

Please help.
