Renew an SSL Certificate from a Windows 2003 CA

All,
I am trying to find out how I can renew my SSL certificate from our companies Windows Server 2003 CA. This is an internal WebServer that is running over HTTPS and the certificate has expired. Can someone point me in the right direction. I believe I need to generate a renewal request and submit it via the CA's web service.
