Rename the attachment file while sending the mail

Hi All,

I am sending the output to email using utl_smtp.
the output saves as username.requestid in the path. So right now I am able to send the mail with attachment, but in the mail, attachment is displaying as "USER.12345". I want to rename the attachment something like 12345.pdf. Is this possible. if so can anyone let me know the process to do the same.
