Rename tablespace.......

Hi
I am using oracle on my windows cluster.I am planning to change the datafiles to another disk.I have shutdown the database and taken the entire datafiles to the another disk.I have a problem here is

I have 300 datafiles.How can i rename it as a group command.
Or
I want to rename it one by one.

One more do i want to make the datafiles offline.
