removing an undo tablespace

Hi,
I wish to remove an undo tablespace.

Grid Control tells me that the tablespace UNDOTBS1 is 0% used, has a size of 0KB and has 0 extents.

I issue the command from grid control to delete the tablespace but this fails as grid control reports that it is in use.

If I look at the tablespace contents I have 14 segments all of 0kb size and 0 extents. How can it be in use? and why will it not get deleted.
