Remove wsa header property

I have a synchronous web service that returns an XML response. A wsa:to property is being auto-nerated and added to the soap header on the response my a Medatior component. How can I disable this? The variable appears to be mapped to the request XML's soap hearder wsa:ReplyTo property. The wsa:to property is not in our contract WSDL and the client is complaining about it being in the soap header.
