Remove users tablespace from some user

Hi all.

I just want to ask If it is possible to remove the tablespace "users" from user "X". I understand that when you create a new user is assigned the Users tablespace by default, What is the command to do that user X can't use tablespace users?

Is there any table where I can see the tablespaces assigned to any user in the database?
