Remove Unknown Character

Hello,

I am usign Oracle 11g R2 SOE,
Please open this link on Fire Fox, you get an error pointing to a strange character.

fam-erp.com/apex/apex_rest.getReport?app=101&page=5000&reportid=JUST

I tired to use different Regexp but to not avail. The string may contain letters, numbers, punctuation

How can I get rid off this strange character ??
