remove Mr. and Ms. from my user name

Hi All,
I had a column user_name where populates full names of customers, some of the customers have names as Mr. Username1 and Ms. Username2 , I need to remove the Mr. and Ms., at any time I was able to remove either one of them. I need this to be removed as I need the user names in Join conditions.

Please help me regarding this....
