Remove localhost Address

hi
I want to remove the localhost address from my app so that it can be shared over an intranet.I have XE server and datbase installed on the same machine.
I cannt access it from the ip address of my server from a LAN machine.
How to do that??
Do i need to install oracle on the LAN machines also??
