Remove iAS 9.0.2 installation on Windows

Hi,

I have a Windows 2003 server with Oracle 9.2 RDBMS running ok. I have installed iAS 9.0.2 but now want to get rid of the appserver and infrastructure directory trees. Windows keeps saying files are in use or write protected (on every directory).

Is there any way I can force the remove - I deinstalled the products, removed every service relating to iAS and can find nothing else to stop it being deleted.
