Remove horizontal scroll bar in the list of value popup

Hi,

I am using Jdeveloper 11.1.1.7.0.

The LOV popup is opened when clicking LOV icon.

I don't want the scroll bar in the top panel. But I want horizontal scroll bar in the bottom panel.

I gave DISPLAYWIDTH in the control Hints of the LOV view object. But It removes the both horizontal scroll bar.

Could any one please give me the solution?
