Remove every occurrence of string in string

Hello.

We have a problem with changing every occurrence of a string in string.

We know how to do it the hard way, but what would be the simplest?

We have a string like:

, 2014/00212, 2014/12312, 2013/23443, 2014/20156

or just like

, 2014/00212

or it can have many occurrences of substring in the form of xxxx/xxxxxx.

How can we change string into:

, 14/00212, 14/12312, 13/23443, 14/20156
