remove db home

hi there,

I have a second db home directory in the product directory of a 12c instance, I believe because of a failed install the first time around on my windows 7 64bit workstation.

the oracle database configuration assistant only see's the one database.

can I safely delete this db home directory in the product directory? is there a better way of cleaning it up?
