Remove CPU from Ultra 80, to Ultra 2

I have a broken Sun Ultra 80 and a good Ultra 2.
Can I remove these components from the Ultra 80 and install them in the Ultra 2?

1. CDROM (scsi)
2. Hard Disk (scsi)
3. Memory
4. CPU
