Remove all characters after "/" in sql query output

PPPFP -OracleJan 13 2022

hi all,
I want to remove all characters after result below :
select ip from tab1 ;
192.168.161.40/20 ====> REMOVE "/20"

Should I use TRIM? or regexp_replace ? I'm not good on this :(
