Remotely Hosting SunRay/VDI

807578Oct 14 2009 — edited Oct 14 2009
All, we are testing with a client a scenario where we host the SunRay server in our datacenter and then have them connect their DTU's over their bonded T1's at their location. I have the SunRay server up here at the datacenter and a single SunRay 270 at their location. The problem is I keep getting 27B as an error on the DTU. We have a VLAN here for their servers that is then accessable by their network, the 270 gets a DHCP address from their internal DHCP server but gets the 27B error. I can ping the 10.1.1.201 address from the SunRay server however, does something need to configured on their DHCP such as a helper? I'm missing something simple, I'm sure.
