Remote monitoring of Sun Servers

Hi,
I've got about 7 sun servers running with Solaris 9 and 10 version.
I am in search of some tools or software to monitor the CPU usage/Performance/errors/temperature from single place....

can any one suggest the best suitable tool for this ?
