Last week I have upgraded my dev and test database from version 12.1.0.2.0 to 19.3.0.0.0. In both databases I was running APEX 20.1.0.00.13 and remote deployment worked like a charm.
Every thing seems to be working fine, except remote deployment fails with an ORA-29273:
When I navigate to “Workspace Utilities” - “REST Enabled SQL” and I do a test there, it says I'm succesfully connected:
I have been searching the web, but haven't been able to find any information on similair issues so I'm completely lost now and really do not know how to fix this.
I know that an ORA-29273 is mostly followed by more explaining error-messages, but I don't know where I can find further detailed information.
Anyone out there who has an idea what is going wrong here or has a suggestion for me on how to proceed?
