Remote Debugging with Jdev 12c

I am trying to use Remote debugging to debug an issue with ADF. I have enabled remote debugging option in Project Properties -> Run/Debug Profile.

I am not seeing the option of 'Start Remote Debugger' when I right click on any jspx file.

Are there any setting required or any Java options need to be updated?
