Reload the properties file without restart the server

Hi Guys,

In our portal application..we put all properties files in domain..
it is working fine..but the actual problem is when we update anything in properties file we need to restart the server to see the changes..

Is there any way i can reload the properties files with out restarting the server..

Plz give any suggestions...
