reload /etc/security/limits.conf without reboot server?

Due to ORACLE application requirement, we need change following files on Redhat AS 4.7 LINUX server.

/etc/security/limits.conf
/etc/pam.d/sshd
/etc/pam.d/su

Does there has way reload it without reboot server?
