Relational model foreign keys are corrupt

The first following pic shows that there are 11 foreign keys on this table, four of which are to a USR table. The second pic, though, shows that there are only 9 FKs on the table, and only 2 to the USR table.

Any suggestions as to how I can clean up this corrupt display?

Version 4.1.1.888.
