relational and ROLAP reports

Hi...
I am fairly new in this field....so this may sound a bit stupid....

Can I create ROLAP reports using discoverer administrator? i have successfully created business areas using discoverer administrator,,where the relational tables were organised as a star schema. Now if i create reports using this business area..will it be a relational report of a ROLAP report?
or are relational reports and rolap reports the same thing?
