Reinstall Forte CE 3.0

I try to reinstall Forte CE 3.0 on windows nt. The installation assistent says that he installs forte but at the end there is no Forte folder and there are no Forte entries in the start menu. Only j2sdk 1.4.0 is installed.
What can I do to resolve this problem? Do I need to remove other files, directories, or registry info?
