Rehydration Database and Backup

Hi

Say i have a db dump of the rehydration database(oracle 9i) and for some reason my BPEL server m/c (server & db) is down, and i have another m/c with BPEL server with same processes deployed, can i use the db dump to create a new schema and point new BPEL server's rehydration db to the new schema?

In production how do we handle a scenario where the BPEL server is crashed bu t the rehydration DB is available ?
