Regular Expression for phone validation

Hi

I need to apply validation for phone numbers where [0-9]-12 digits , [+] , [,] , [.] and space are allowed.
i am used \d+[+]+[0-9]{10}[,]+[.] but not getting the correct validation.

My validation is user can able to type [+] or [,] or [.] or space in between the numbers too.

Please HELP...
