Registration using CSI number

Hi,

I have oracle CSI number.

I was given to it by my company and they told me to register on oracle site using this CSI number.

Now i am not aware where exactly i need to use this CSI number and register.

If anybody know url where exactly i need to register, it would be great help.

URL would be great.
