Region column span colspan

I need to find a way to have my form look like this:

Region 1 (WIDTH="300")------------SPACE BETWEEN------------------Region 2 (WIDTH="300")

Region 3 (WIDTH "600" or 600+) THAT SPANS UNDER BOTH-------------------------------------

I've tried different region positions and colspan to no avail.
