Regexp_substr query result

Hi experts,

I have query like this

/*  TEMPL NUMBER_OF_ROWS:100 */

Select 1 from dual

I need to find value after number_of_rows: .

In this case expecting output is 100.

I am trying by using regexp_substr ..But it's not working..Can you please guide me.
