regexp_replace

How to replace all this German letters like (ü,ö,ä...)


select regexp_replace('Jürgen könnte übermorgen den Text ändern.','[ÖÜÄöüäß]', '(oeaeuess') NEW_TEXT from dual;

Of course this doesn't work...

All suggestions are welcome.
